The Antique Show is small but dense with exhibitors we've never worked with. The best closer should be on the channel converting the most — switch between booth and cart based on what's working early in the show.
Watch the close rate on Day 1. Half way through day 1, decide whether the booth or the cart is converting more — that's where the best closer sits Days 2–4.
Day 1 sets the baseline. Days 2–4 adjust based on which channel is closing more deals. Steve rotates across all three Vegas shows (Couture / JCK / Antique).
The most straightforward path is 1 Max Elite Kit. Selling 2 GemCam Pros is equivalent. The GemLightbox Elite Kit + an add-on machine is the volume path.

"I have time to capture 1–2 pieces with you right now as I'm heading to another exhibitor after this. Can you pick your most exquisite piece and we'll shoot it now?"
"No problem at all. I can circle back later, or your staff can bring the piece over to our photography booth at 301."
